• The Humphreys inspector will prepare detailed treatment specifications for your consideration and to guide the technician performing your service.

Technicians:

• The Humphreys Technician represents the highest standard of pest control application and performance in the industry today. Our technicians are licensed by the state of New Jersey and use only products approved by the Department of Environmental Protection. Our technicians participate in a continuing education program that constantly updates them on new products and application methods.

Customer Service:

• Answering your first phone call. Scheduling your initial inspection. Providing you with information, documentation or billing assistance when you need it. These are just some of the duties performed by our Customer Service Representatives. They are the coordinating link to the many services Humphreys offers to our customers.

Scheduling:

• A Humphreys services are performed on an agreed upon, pre-scheduled day, week and time frame. Should a special circumstance arise that prevents you from having your pre-scheduled service, our scheduling department will work with you to reschedule your service for a convenient time and day.
